How do you know what to post for my business?

We understand that no two businesses are alike.  First, you will fill out a New Client Discovery survey about your business.  We will then begin research your specific industry and area of business.  We have found that a little information from you goes a long way with your Content Manager. 

Can I still post on my profiles?

Absolutely!  You maintain full ownerships of your social media profiles.  You may post, comment, engage, etc just like normal.  You can also send us pictures or videos of content that you would like for us to post. 

What is a social media post?

A post consists of a visual (imagine, graphic, video, etc) along with the appropriate caption (sentences to explain the image or promote your business/service) and hashtags (to help gain proper exposure and growth).  Posts are important because they help tell the story about your business to the public. 

What is included for $159?

2 custom social media posts per WEEK on 2 social media platforms. You can choose between Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You get unlimited email communication with your Content Manager and 1 Monthly Performance Report (if requested, not for white label agencies).

Is there a contract?

No contract!  You are billed every 30 days from the day of your first payment.  You will always receive two posts a week on two social media platforms.  You can cancel anytime you’d like but you must provide 14 days notice before your next billing.  However most customers stay on long, way long!

What if I don't like the content posted?

Many solutions to that!  First, always communicate via email with your Content Manager.  Provide feedback.  This is a process and let’s us help each other.  Second, we can always remove the post.  Third, we can send out the form again to tell us more info about your business so we improve.
